P3 Infrastructure is an innovative technology company that creates and manufactures coatings and adhesive polymer solutions. Our core philosophy at P3 is to develop and manufacture these durable, environmentally safe, and proven products to improve existing and new infrastructure components, such as roads and bridges. 

For infrastructure asset owners to extend service life, minimize disruptions and maximize driver safety, industry standards must be elevated to stand up to increasing demands on roads and bridges. P3 helps project managers achieve and exceed these goals with our high-performing and long-lasting solutions. 

Meet the Founder  

Puneet Singh, founder and CEO of P3 Infrastructure, served in a variety of manufacturing, technical service, sales, and management roles throughout his decades-long transportation career.  

With creativity, depth of knowledge, and technical experience, Singh has developed P3’s line of innovative systems and continues to serve as one of the country’s leading proponents for infrastructure protection and preservation needs. 

Singh holds a bachelor’s degree from The University of Delhi and a master’s degree from The University of Akron.
